South African schoolchildren head to Athens to compete in the World Scholars Cup

Proud youngsters of Kingsmead College and Sacred Heart College will be heading to Greece to participate in the World Scholars Cup from 18 to 23 July.

The World Scholars Cup is a team academic programme which includes a variety of events including debates, collaborative writing and general knowledge competitions.

They will be competing against more than 2 000 qualifying children from more than 50 countries at the extraordinary Global Round in Athens.
